RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of online clothing sales, it is extremely important that you make use of our SIZING GUIDE,  

Please refer to the SIZE GUIDE to ensure that you order the correct product.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not exchange or refund for changing your mind/faulty ordering on the size, colour or fit.
  • Please inspect your order and contact us on lclscrubs@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). We will then evaluate the issue and correct it if LCL Scrubs were liable. No funds will be reimbursed, vouchers of the original purchasing price will be granted for future use.
  • In case of the above matter, the courier from your address to LCL Scrubs will be paid by the customer. If we are at fault, the courier from your address to us and back will be reimbursed and settled by LCL Scrubs. If we find that no mistakes are made by LCL Scrubs, you will be liable for the return of the item(s).
  • Defects and wrong items will only be accepted and processed if the item(s) are in original condition, unused and no signs of wear or altering. Make-up does count as damage!
  • Please note that no returns on bulk orders or orders with over 10 scrub items will be processed. Please contact us directly to get a customised experience to avoid mistakes. 
  • NO “on sale” item/s or customize items will be returned or exchanged.
  • We are not liable for your washing mistakes. Wash dark and light colours separately. NO exchanges or voucher will be considered.
  • Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.

Delivery Policy: Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 days and delivery confirmed by way of email via the Courier Guy at a charge of R100 (free for orders over R1 000.00).
